The Watermark was developed by Irongate (also Trump Tower Waikiki and Ritz-Carlton Residences) and was completed by Intracorp in 2008. The 38 story concrete tower consists of 212 luxury residences which face the ocean and harbor.

The Watermark’s unique site has a large lush gardens at the end of a quiet street. It’s a little oasis at the west end of Waikiki yet it’s comfortable walking distance to the beach and Ala Moana Center.

The Watermark features a very spacious 4-acre common area for all residents. There is a Hawaiian vacation feel to this garden-like area. A stone-tiled infinity pool and jacuzzi can be found here. There are separate pavilions for private BBQing. Ample room for get togethers. Nearby is a state-of-the-art air-conditioned fitness pavilion with a sauna included. Wifi is included in the common areas at the Watermark.

The parking structure is separate from the Watermark tower. There are storage lockers available near each stall. There are also places to store surfboards and kayaks. Entrance/exits are located off of Hobron Lane or Ala Wai Boulevard. Guest parking is located on the ground level.

The entire property is secured 24/7 and is complimented by a security and concierge desk.
