we can offer parking card for the outdoor parking lot just across the street at $30 per day, depending on availability. Please let us know in advance.
Guest access:
We will meet & greet upon your arrival. Please remember that we are not affiliated with the hotel. Unit#1116 is privately managed by us. Security and front desk in the building are not part of our management team.

Check-In(Check-Out) Option
Please let us know if you will arrive in the unit after 7pm-9am. If you would like to check in between the hours of 7pm-9am, we will charge you extra $200 for late or early check in fee after booking.
Non Smoking -Penalty $100 *There is a smoking area in the parking lot.
