Hawaiian Monarch (on Niu St) is off of the main strip cross street Kalakaua Avenue. Just across from Ft.DeRussy Park and a block from Hilton Hawaiian Village beachfront. Surrounding Hawaiian Monarch is the Ala Wai Canal which is a popular canoe paddlers waterway and flanked on Kalakaua Ave leads to many shops, Food Trucks and other eateries!
The space:
Penthouse 601 is on 44th floor.
The upper deck leads to a designer interior staircase to the lower floor. Lower floor has the complete living space with a formal dining area, living room area, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Also on the lower floor is the 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a Full/Queen size mattress and the other bedroom has 2 twin conversions to a King. (Converting to 2 twins available with nominal set up fee).
Both upper and lower floors boast incredible ocean view vistas. Being 44 floors high makes this one of the highest vantage points in all of Waikiki!
Just think of the romantic Sunsets it offers and the incredible city lights at night....truly adds to the value of staying at PH601.
The Hawaiian Monarch has a 6th Floor Pool Deck with Hot Tub and BBQ Grills and Picnic Tables where you are welcomed guests.
Fitness Center on the lower lobby ($5 registration fee per person *Cash Only*)
Parking:
The parking rate is $45 per 24 hour period (in and out privileges through the day). If you pay for only one day, need to pay $50. The fee will be subject to change.
No oversize vehicles due to height restrictions/limitation.
Height clearance is approx. 6 feet with attendants assessment that can reject any vehicle that may be threat to lowered sections of sprinkler system.
Also, the attendant accepts only cash and no exceptions.

Guest access:
Guests can check in themselves by picking up their room key cards from the key box.
