***The 6th Floor Renovations is scheduled to commence on Monday, May 4, 2026 through September 2026. Y3 Construction will be working Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. Construction noises may be heard during this time. Please be aware of the construction signage and barriers that will be in place to navigate you safely through the affected areas. The pool, fitness center, the hospitality lounge, and recreation deck will remain open for use during the work.
