Cinnamon’s at the Ilikai Hotel is a great restaurant for breakfast. Their famous Guava Chiffon Pancakes and Red Velvet Pancakes are to die for! If you don’t have much of a sweet tooth, their popular Eggs Benedict is a great item to try out! They have a range of “regular” Eggs Benedict (topped off with Canadian Bacon) to even fancy Crabcake (yes, I did just say crabcake Eggs Benedict.)

The atmosphere is warm with “Aloha” spirit and really captures what Hawaii is all about. Upon entering the restaurant, you’ll see twinkling lights that boost the inner atmosphere of the dining area. Speaking of the dining area, please be aware that everyone loves this place so its almost always filled with locals and tourists all munching down on their great eats. Servers greet you with a warm smile and welcome you in. It seems that from almost every angle, you’ll be able to get a glimpse of the harbor view, which is truly spectacular.
Red Velvet Pancakes with White Chocolate Sauce
Going here is really a treat because you get items that are truly unique! The Red Velvet Pancakes are moist, dense, and almost like a dessert! The sweet white chocolate sauce pairs well with the dense red cake and its all topped off with a dash of powdered sugar. The Crabcake Eggs Benedict is something we highly recommend! There is a generous amount of fresh crab in their huge crabcakes! The crabcake sits on top of a toasted English muffin. The perfectly poached, gooey egg and hollandaise sauce tops it all off! On the side we opted for Home Fries, which are like roasted potatoes, but crispy! The potatoes balances out the creaminess of the Eggs Benedict.

If you’re not much of a breakfast person, don’t worry, they serve lunch, too! Whether you’re staying at the Ilikai in our unit, visiting Hawaii or simply on a search for great breakfast food, Cinnamon’s at the Ilikai is a place you cannot miss!
